We woke to the sights and sounds of lightening and thunder. It was heavenly!
By the time we went downstairs to start the day, this was our view. Call me crazy, but I absolutely love this kind of rain.
It was still overcast for our twosome out-and-about to find this favorite eating dive from (my) days gone by. Did I mention I lived in Jacksonville when my firstborn, Ben, came into the world?
We didn’t get the full dining experience but enjoyed ordering from takeout and “picnicing” in the car.
You can almost hear her Southern accent, can’t you?
Cameron’s game…her Bobcats beat an undefeated team—6-3!
All tuckered out.
But alas….today we are reenergized for yet another trip to Panera Bread for some sweet tea and more free WiFi. One of the goals of this visit is to help brother John join the cyber age. He now has gmail, skype, and facebook accounts. Mission accomplished! Now if only he’ll use them.
