move-in day

Timing is everything! Little did I know when I booked my flights to Phoenix for EFC-NA meetings that the Andersons would be moving into a home the very day I chose to visit. So I got to be the official photographer for the event.
Three trucks waiting to be unloaded.
Strategizing. That’s Dusty’s dad, Neil, in the middle, facing us.
The kids walked home from school (it’s a block away!) and were ready for a tour of their new home. Notice the Arizona Cardinals colors? The Andersons bought from one of the players.
Everybody helped…
And when it was time to return the trucks, look who rode shotgun. I followed the trucks to give the drivers a lift back home. At a stoplight I looked to my left to see this:
I quickly grabbed my camera, but the flash was set on automatic. Argh. By the time I switched it off, a UPS truck had pulled up beside me, blocking the view. But I prevailed and got this lucky shot between vehicles before having to move on.
