Absent from pictures in my other posts from Denver—Taylor. That isn’t because he wasn’t there. He showed up for the Five Guys event, and he drove the 40-mile (+/-) round trip from his home to be part of the birthday celebration at Pei Wei. Yesterday Mauri and I visited him at his workplace. He knows his mama well enough to show up in the parking lot, where I could take his picture.
As I’ve expressed before, I like this a lot!
He isn’t posing; he really had to take care of something important before we headed out for lunch.
Have I mentioned how much fun it is having granddaughters who will play games with me?
