We’ve made some funky purchases at garage sales over the years. While our shopping interests generally gravitate to gender-stereotypical categories, we both like pre-weathered birdhouses/birdfeeders. That interest might connect to our 100-year-old pre-weathered backyard apple tree.
Hmmm. Looks like we’ve neglected the “feeder” part.
Since our garage-sale birdhouses come with a good part of their lives already spent, they tend to look like this before long.
I was just starting to think it might be time to toss this when—at a garage sale this morning…
