beth moore comes to portland

Quinn, I know you would have been here in Portland for the Beth Moore conference
if you hadn’t already made plans for a girls weekend in Scottsdale. But Lisa Springate and I
enjoyed sitting together and with other NFC women, who found us great seats, by the way.
Beth taught us from Galatians 2:20-21; 4:15-20 in her give-it-all-she’s-got way. And we worshiped wholeheartedly with Travis and the usual praise team, singing all our favorites and a couple of new ones.
But while you sunned yourself by the pool, you missed this
and even more that that, you missed this!
Don’t worry. I was cool.
Michelle Akins showed Lisa Nauman the picture of Trav and me on her camera from the night before at Burgerville across from our hotel.
So when you and I attend “our” annual conference in Albuquerque in July, maybe Beth will climb to our great seats on the top row of the stadium to talk to us.
I so wish I could have been there.

I saw your blog address in your entry today on the LPM blog and just had to come see! Sounds like your weekend was just beyond words! I am still on a spiritual high from seeing Beth and Travis in New Orleans April 3-4. I would love for you to post more about what she spoke on- and tell about the 6 words if you will!

Loved Beth Moore-Loved seeing her with you-Loved every minute of what God had to share that weekend! Pretty jealous of all the Beth Moore conferences you’ve been able to attend/going to attend….oooh, crucify that!
hooray, how cool is that? i only got a couple weeks of her bible study, but the stuff I got has been the subject of rumination and mulling over. half my family was there too!
