weekend with ben

I’m sitting in a Panera Bread (free wifi!) near Detroit with only a few minutes to post before I need to head down the road to return my YOW (Yellow Or What?) rental car to Alamo and hop on my return flight to Portland via Houston, Texas. Continental Airlines offered a too-good-to-pass-up fare that required some extra air time but saved a couple hundred bucks. The purpose of my quick trip was to attend the wedding of my first cousin once removed (another way of saying my first cousin’s daughter Hannah) down in Winona Lake, Indiana. Ben hosted me at his home in Grand Rapids but we drove down to the wedding together and spent the night with another cousin, Mona.
Oops…I’ve used up my few minutes already, so I’ll finish this from 514. I know you’ll all be waiting by your computers in anticipation.
